Shoal Creek Directory

The Homeowners Association collects residents' addresses and phone numbers to maintain a directory, which aids in distributing information and also allows neighbors to contact one another if needed. If you haven't already (or if your information has changed) email us at directory@shoalcreekhoa.com with the information. You may request your information not be distributed if you wish. Only your name, address, and phone number is given to Shoal Creek homeowners, it does not appear on the website. Information requested for our records includes your names, address, phone numbers, email addresses, and children's names. If we need more information we will contact you. You can also send your information online here.

Doing a major landscaping project, or placing a satellite antenna on your house?
First, please fill this form out and submit it to our management company for approval. You can also fill it out online at www.cmamanagement.com. The form MUST go to CMA first! Remember to allow 30 days for approval before you start your project.

Please alert our landscape committee at landscaping@shoalcreekhoa.com regarding broken sprinkler heads, sprinklers that are over-watering, dying trees etc. in the common areas. Let us know of any problems so we can address them before they become worse!

 

Plano Watering Restrictions

From April 1 - October 31, 2017, Plano residents and businesses are asked to water a maximum of twice a week. Addresses that have their last digit as an odd number should water on Tuesdays and Fridays. Addresses ending with an even number (including zero) are to water on Mondays and Thursdays. You can view the Spring/Summer Watering Guidelines here. (HOA common areas follow the even watering schedule.)
